Return Policy

✅ Eligible Returns:

- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

- Must be returned within 10 days of delivery

- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is REQUIRED

- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

         If a customer returns a $100 nail product:

                20% of $100 = $20

                The customer would receive $80 back, not the full $100.A 20% restocking                          fee will be applied to all returned items.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

- Used or opened products 

- Sale or clearance items

- Custom or special-order products

📦 How to Start a Return:

1. Email us at bkmagpics8@gmailc.om with your order number and reason for return

2. Our team will review and provide return instructions

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method.

📬 Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was incorrect or damaged.
